Arrangement for payment must be made prior to picking up your vehicle. If your repair is covered by insurance, you will be responsible for payment of the deductible (if any). If not covered by insurance, you will be responsible for full payment. We accept cash, checks (with proper identification), debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards. (Sorry, we do not accept American Express.)

If the amount of your estimate is more than you feel you can afford, Longhorn Collision Center may be able to help. Please call us or come by to discuss your requirements. There are a number of things we can do to help. For example, using salvage (used) or after market parts may reduce the cost of the repair. Another option is to make partial repairs, such as doing only enough to get you back on the road safely. None of these options are right for everyone. The best choice will be depend on the needs of each individual, vehicle, and situation. So please come by and let us see what we can do to help.
